Companion / Token

For his Companion token series, Randy Kart makes NFT sculptures that blend modernity and nostalgia. The series continues to embrace material experimentation and features torn canvas, wood and metal to make his abstract compositions come to life. 

Throughout all his work—which includes paintings, sculptures as well as non-fungible tokens—the artist demonstrates a relentless interest in surface and dimensionality; his material explorations helped blur the boundaries between 2D and 3D disciplines.
