"My artistic process begins with an essential idea—a significant data seed waiting to germinate. Over 25 years, I have crafted and curated a collection of over 86,000 textures, each one adding its unique voice to a visual symphony that contributes depth and dimension to the evolving narrative. The media I use—ink, paint, wood, thread, newsprint, and canvas—are not merely tools but vital components that add texture and history to each piece.

Embracing both the tactile roots and the digital horizon, I explore a synthesis of tradition and innovation. Machine learning and computer vision, diligently trained and refined, become my modern collaborators, enabling me to manipulate these textures in ways once unimaginable. Yet, I also cherish the wisdom of time-honored techniques such as héliogravure, cartography, and woodblock printing—ancient voices that enrich the modern narrative.

The creation of each piece is a dialogue—a conversation not only between old and new but also between the creator and the viewer, between the idea and its visual incarnation.
